Condolences
Our deepest sympathies for you and family
I became acquainted with Doug during Ann's final illness and received much comfort from him in sharing thoughts on our mutual bereavements. We made a road trip together to Muskoka that I will always remember and waited out a hailstorm near Rosseau in June in Dougs car. How proud he was of his old Oldsmobile and how often he retold the story of its purchase! A man of high ethics, gentle and humorous, a native son of the north and there's not many like him left.
...he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season: his leaf also shall not wither and whatsoever he does shall prosper..
Dear Miller Family,
Our deepest sympathies, on the passing of Doug. When I worked at Armstrong Motors he came in every year and got a Antique Car Calendar from me, and would remind me not to forget him next year. He was a sweet and gentle man.

I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Doug. My most sincere condolences to Marie and Richard and all their family in this difficult time.
Doug and Anne were such an important part of our lives in the Peter's household and the memories of both of them will be long remembered.
Rest in peace Doug. You can now take your place and round out the Euchre table with my mom and dad and your beloved Anne :-)
My deepest condolences to Marie, Richard and all the family
Our hearts go out to your family at this difficult time. Your mom and dad were always so welcoming and we enjoyed out visits with them every time we came from the coast. Dad (Calvin Peters) always had great stories to share. There will be an empty spot in our heart but will always have fond memories.
