Colleen and Family. I just found out about Bob’s passing and my heart goes out to you. I consider myself very fortunate to have met and called him friend. The community will truly miss such an awesome person and the world was definitely a better place with him in it. I am so very sorry for your loss. Bob was a true joy to curl with. Doris
I was saddened to hear just yesterday that Mr. Dodge had passed away. As the principle of my grade school years at ECCS we got to know each other well (maybe not as well as he and my brother who was in the office for "other" reasons :) )
Richard was also my classmate and friend all those years. My condolences to the whole family, he was a kind man and will be missed by many.
My deepest condolences to Colleen and family. I worked as a colleague with Bob for many years with RBC, Bob was one of the most caring, kindest, and thoughtful people I have ever worked with, he had time for everyone. We can all take a page from the way Bob lived his life, the way he interacted with people, the way he got involved with his community, and the passion he had for teaching and helping others. Bob, you were one of the finest gentleman I've ever met, you will be greatly missed.
Dear Colleen and family,
We were so sorry to hear of Robert's passing, he was a true gentleman. Your visits to our little corner of Killaloe were always appreciated.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Mr. Dodge was my principal at English Catholic Central School. I have fond memories of when I first met him. I had just came to Canada from Vietnam. I started grade 4 at his school. He was kind and compassionate to all the students. He always wanted his students to have the best possible education.
My sincere condolences to your family during this time of sorrow.

Dear Colleen and Family
Bob was such an important part of the Northdale Manor journey. So many problems that we faced that Bob refused to be daunted by...how many times did he say... “not obstacles but opportunities”. This seems to be how he lived his life as well. He will be remembered as a gentleman and a gentle man...who touched so, so many lives in a positive manner. What a lovely legacy. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Colleen and family,
Our family has such wonderful memories of Bob and they start from when we were young children meeting him at the school. Always a friendly smile and infectious laugh. How many bridge games were played in our home I'm not sure, but there was many and I remember the house being filled with laughter when you were there. Mom and dad always loved to see you both. They cherished your friendship. And we were so honored to have Bob speak at mom's service in January - it meant so much to all of us.
Keeping you in our thoughts, Shirley Roblin (Wilson)

Our Sincere Sympathy
My condolences to Bob’s family and close friends. Bob walked down many avenues of his life in the community, but to me was a true leader and believer in raising funds for the Northdale Manor which was his top achievement. Yes there many folks and businesses that worked toward this project to make it happen, but Bob’s vision was the backbone for it’s final success. RIP Bob.
David & the Dodge Family,
The heart remembers most what it has loved best. May memories comfort you and bring you peace.
Our sincerest sympathies are with you during this sorrowful time

Dear Colleen and all who love Robert ..... It was with sadness I heard of Bob's passing. He will be missed by, not only his beloved family, but all who were privileged to interact with him. He had a great community spirit and was always ready to turn his abounding energy and drive to the betterment of the many service organizations with which he was involved, always ready to extend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.
There will be the pain of separation in your hearts, but I hope the knowledge Bob has heard his Savior say, "Well done, good and faithful servant ~ enter now your eternal home" will comfort you. His pain is now a thing of the past and he walks with joy in his Savior's presence.
It is my prayer that the love, comfort and strength of the Lord will be with you all in the coming days.
God be with you.
Beth

We were so very saddened to hear of Bob’s death. He was such a big part of the Wilson family, having enjoyed friendship with Dalt & Jean and the family for so many years. Most recently, Bob generously offered endearing words of kindness for Jean who left us a few months back, and the family was so very grateful to him.

All our love, Paul & Karen.
