Dear Kathryn, Brian, and Don & Joan
I extend my deep-felt sympathy to each of you and to your families, on the loss of your dear mother, Hilda.
As a friend of the family over many years, and having been at several special family occasions, I always valued your mother's genuine, warm-hearted welcome, and will always remember her for her generous, widely-known hospitality.
She had a special quality of Kindness.
The Waugh Family..
We are sorry to hear of the passing of your mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. So many memories to cherish. Our condolences, and prayers to all at this sad time.
Dear Don & Joan, Andrew, Stephen & Jennifer: We are so very sorry to learn of your dear mother & grandmother's passing. I so enjoyed getting to know her when Iplayed the organ at St Paul's for a couple of summers. Loved her baking & desserts. May God bless each of you.
My sympathies to Hilda's family in this time of loss. I first knew "Mrs Waugh" as one of my favourite teachers at NLPS, over five decades ago. Many years later, I came to know her as Hilda, one of the faithful worshippers attending Sunday afternoon services at the Manor. She was an intelligent, gracious woman; conversation with her always sparkled!
Please accept the condolences of the Campbell neighbours. We are all so very sorry for your loss. She was such a wonderful neighbour for many years. Even when us kids grew up and left the neighbourhood we were still invited to come over for coffee and a visit. They were lovely visits too. It was a sad day when she left the neighbourhood for the move to the Manor even though it was a good move for her. The neighbourhood lost a great person but the Manor gained a great lady. We will miss her greatly. Lots of love to the family from the Campbells, Carmel, Brenda, Shirley, Norm and Don and families.
