Obituary of Lewis Peddie Sr.

It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of Lewis Overton Peddie Sr. who passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Health Sciences North in Sudbury on Saturday July 6, 2019 at the age of 65.

Lewis Sr. will be missed by his beloved wife Patricia (nee Beatty), his two sons Paul (Monique) and Lewis (Teagan), his grandchildren Brittney and  Macey ( and their mother Kim) , Tye and Chloé, his brothers and sisters Terena (Louis), Martin (Diane), Gary (Yvette), Fay (late Kenny), Lenny (late Diane) and Jeannie (Bill), brother-in-law Brian, the Beatty family as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Overton and Gladys Peddie and his sister Rita.

Lewis spent many hours doing the things he enjoyed which included fishing, hunting, playing euchre and chatting with friends at the coffee shop. He loved his time at the cottage, especially if he was surrounded by his family. His grandchildren were his special treasures. Cremation has taken place.

The family will receive friends and family at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 10 am until noon. A celebration of life will follow at the cottage on Sharpe Lake afterwards. (995191 Highway 11)
