Obituary of Andre Major

In loving memory of Mr. Andy Major who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital on Thursday February 21, 2019 at the age of 55.

Andy will be missed by his beloved wife Sue (nee Jonason), his father Lionel, his brother Rolland (Brenda), his sisters Claire, Nancy and Rita (Mark), his brother-in-law Terry McLellan, his godchildren Ashley Major, Landon Wigley and Abbygail Beck, many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mom Aldea, his sister Peggy Hewitt, his mother and father-in-law Leonard and Inez Jonason, his sister-in-law Sandra McLellan and brother -in-law Dan Jonason.

Andy loved animals, especially his dog Sadie. He was a member of the Haileybury Golf Club and supported the Cobalt Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years.

As per his wishes, there will be no services. Cremation has taken place.
