Claude was born in Cobalt November 2, 1930 to the late Claude Pelletier and Pearl Andrews. After his mother’s passing in 1934 the family moved to Kirkland Lake. On October 19, 1957 he married Beverly Alice Holdsworth in New Liskeard.
Claude was predeceased by his wife Bev and siblings Roger, Kathleen (Connelly), Mildred (Hastie) and Phyllis (Schofield).
He will lovingly be remembered by his daughter Tracey (Farr) and grandchildren Chris and Ryan Farr (Grampee's Boys). “Uncle Sonny” will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Claude worked as an auto mechanic and was a volunteer firefighter for 25 years on the New Liskeard Brigade. He was a member of the Haileybury Legion Branch 54, a member of the Temiskaming Masonic Lodge and a Scottish Rite Mason.
Claude was a "Ray of Sunshine" to everyone he met. He always had a kind word, a joke or funny story to tell. A real charmer... he had a lot of friends named Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Loren and Gina Lollobrigide.
