Obituary of Liliane Chartrand

Liliane Chartrand passed away peacefully on May 20^th, 2018 at the Temiskaming Hospital. Liliane was born in Temiskaming Shores to her loving parents Eva and Joseph Chartrand. She worked as a Teacher’s Aid in the French Catholic schools, a career she truly enjoyed. She had a great love of children and her patience and kind nature was always recognized. She had a passion for cooking, sewing, knitting and truly enjoyed the company of others.

She was the loving mother of Marc (Elisha Hawdon), Janelle (ex son in law Curtis Smith) and dearest companion of Roger Bouchard.  She was a great sister to Raymond, Bob, Monique, Suzanne and Aurèle (predeceased); and the grandmother of four amazing grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at Eglise Sacre Coeur on May 24^th, 2018 at 11am. Visitation will be held at Perrin’s Funeral Chapel on May 23^rd from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Burial will follow the funeral at New Liskeard Catholic Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Temiskaming Hospital Palliative Care Room will be gratefully acknowledged.
