Obituary of Styrling Bowen

In loving memory of Mr. Styrling Bowen who passed away at the Temiskaming Lodge on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the age of 82 years.

Left to mourn is his loving and devoted wife Doreen (nee Villneff) Bowen whom he married 59 years ago. Loving father of Robert (Laura), Lorie (Jerry), Larry, Dan (Marianne). Dear grandfather of Angie (Guy), Katrina, Julie, Michael, Ashleigh, Shawn (Hailey), Jessica (Marc), Erika and Jonathan. Great grandfather of 16 great grandchildren.

Mr. Bowen also leaves behind his brother Fran (Rose) Bowen, his brother in law Ernest (Margret) Villneff, sister in law Margret Bowen.

 He is predeceased by his parents Frank and Jane Bowen ;his brother Walter Bowen and his in-laws Oscar and Loretta Villneff.

Mr. Bowen was born in Harley Township and attended school in Hudson. He started to work for the MTO as an equipment operator in 1962 and retired in May of 1994. Mr. Bowen loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending time at the camp.

The family of the late Mr. Bowen will receive friends at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 7 until 9 p.m.

Funeral service will be celebrated at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 2 p.m. Pastor George Paraskevopoulos officiating.
