George Milton Johnston

October 10, 1937 - January 23, 2018

Into the arms of Jesus, January 23, 2018 after a 46 year challenge with MS George got his heart's desire.

George was the son of the late Milton & Irene Johnston.

Survived by his wife and best friend Lorraine; son Gerry (Teresa) Johnston; daughter Carolyn Murphy; grandson Evan Moncion-Johnston; sisters; Betty Dice, Cora Wright, Shirley (Claire) Wigle; Sister in law Brigitte Johnston, brother in law Harry Reimer and many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by sisters Margaret Gilmer, Beulah Reimer and brothers Richard and Lorne.

The family would like to thank the staff at Tri Town Extendicare for the loving care they provided to George this past 3 years. You all became part of his family. Also Dr. Don Davies and Joanne Presseault NP for your care.

In lieu of flowers donations to the MS Society of Canada-Ontario Division Equipment Fund, Extendicare Tri Town Volunteer of the charity of your choice would be greatly acknowledged.
