With heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Peter Ryerson on Friday January 12, 2018 at his home with his loving children by his side, in his 69th year.

A beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend.

Pete will be remembered as the cherished father of Peter Jr.( late Suzanne) and Heather (late Glen Belanger), Charlie the awesome Pug, dear grandfather of Glen Jr., Samantha, Shannon L., Samantha L., Eddie and Christopher., great grandfather of Bellamy and Tessa.

Brother of Patrick (Marellina), Pearl-Ann (Allan), Patricia (late Frank), Perry (Angie), Pam (Mike), Phil (Martha), Preston (Christine), uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Peter was predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years Susan Ryerson on August 5, 2017. Parents Peter and Ann Ryerson, Paul Ryerson, brother in law Frank and daughter in law Suzanne.

Peter will be remembered as a handy man who loved to work on cars. He had a passion for pulling the old motors apart and rebuilding them.  Peter loved his wife and children with all his heart.

As per Peter's wishes there will be no services. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of life will take place at a later date.

In honour of Peter's love of animals, the family is asking donations be made to your local animal shelter in his memory.
