Condolences
Thanks to Rolly and Lois to let me know about the tragic passing of Dave. I remember Dave, when we used to referee broom ball back in the 70's...a good sport, a good referee always fair. My condolences to his family. RIP Dave
I remember meeting Dave way back in 82 when I first move to the Tri Towns, who can forget the smile on his face. Every time I seen him on the streets he was always happy. We all had our ups and downs in our lives, but No one ever deserves to have their life end this way.
My thoughts and prayers to the family.
"God Bless you and your family."
My deepest sympathies to the Pannell family. Throughout the many years I've known Dave... he always made me smile... with his good-natured personality and wonderful sense of humour! He will be truly missed! RIP Dave!

Dear Marion and family, Rosie and sons. David was a special nephew to Alex and I and his cousins, Terry, Darlene, and Allison. So many good memories of the times he came to the big city in the 70's. He had a joy for life, always wanting to help out in any way. I can still hear his laugh. The road of life can have some sharp turns sending us in a different direction. Only our higher power knows why. love you David Aunt Nina and Alex.
