Obituary of Francis Winger

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Francis Winger on November 26th, 2020 at the Temiskaming Hospital. Francis will be forever loved by his wife Elaine Winger, and dearly missed by his children; Frank Winger (Cindy Winger) and Gwen Dell’Anno (Marc Dell’Anno). Francis is survived by his grandchildren; Laura Brinks (Daniel), Michael Winger (Belle), Alex Dell’Anno, Ashley Pelling (Rob) and Katy Van (Brandon), as well as his great-grandchildren. Francis is also survived by his brother, Gary Winger (Ardys), and family. Francis is predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Ethel Winger. Cremation has taken place as per his final wishes. A memorial service will be held at the graveside, in the former BIC Cemetery, Stevensville Ontario, when COVID-19 travel restrictions are lifted. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Niagara Christian Collegiate or Camp Kahquah.
