Condolences
I am so sorry to have missed seeing Bernice. We just found out today from extensive research that my moms mom was a first cousin to her father, both coming over from Finland. My mom (Violet Larson) is 86, lives in Ontario and has just found her first and only cousin in Canada. She was sad that she missed Bernice but happy that she had a great life. Gwen Catherwood.
We would like to add our sincere condolences to the Murdoch family on the passing of Bernice. Bernice and Curly were wonderful friends to our parents for many years. Their good humour and big hearts were greatly appreciated and valued by our family. With sympathy, best wishes from the Buckham family.

We would like to extend our sincere sympathy to all of Bernice's family. We last talked to Bernice at Christmas time. We appreciated the support and care that Bernice gave my mother (Joan Sutton) for many years when we lived so far away. My parents were good friends with Bernice and Curly. My father (Glenn Sutton) worked with Curly at the MTO.
May memories of good times together help to comfort you at this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Joan and Glenn Sutton (Junior)

We will forever cherish the times spent in their home and the love that they shared with us. Being Curly and Bernice's neighbor was like being their extended family and we will be forever grateful for the love and memories they created for our children and us. Bernice was a great person to be around, always a smile for everyone.
She will be missed up with the angels.
Heaven has gained the most beautiful lady ever. Bernice lived a life and then some, a true northern gal, who loved her family, her community, her church and everyone that she met. She volunteered for years at the Music Festival, and always smiled when she saw the children who participated in the Festival. Her beautiful hangings that she made for St. Paul's are forever in my memory and are a living legacy to Bernice. To her family, please accept my sincere sympathy. You have lost someone very special and your pain will be hard at times but your memories will sustain you. God Bless You and Bernice, Thank You.
