Condolences
I remember when Mrs Chaput ran the store. She always let us kids get our own candy trusting we didnt take more then we should. She played piano at the United church too. She was always so kind and always smiling. Now that I know Jesus, I know why she was always smiling. She was filled with His joy! Until we meet in heaven RIP!! Charlene Crawford (Niemi)
I will miss my dear friend Anne. We shared many pleasant times together while at the cottage in Latchford, sitting on the porch, attending events in town, going to church with lunch afterwards, etc. etc. Anne was a friend to the Swiston family throughout the years. Rick, Lynne, the late Don and matriarch, Minnie. So many memories to fill our hearts. Condolences to each of Anne's children, spouses and grandchildren. My heart goes out to you all.
Anne was a warm, vibrant, and very steady person at the many United Church meetings I attended as former Conference Staff. The room always felt better when Anne was in it. Warmest condolences to Anne's family at this time of loss.

To all of Anne's significant others ~
My first encounter with Anne was when she was a member of the Camp Lorrain Board. She was also the Camp Registrar. What a gentle, compassionate approach she had with the children and families who were part of our Camp family! She became the secretary of the So Temiskaming Cluster of congregations, and again, in that role her generosity of spirit was exemplary. Anne was truly a gift of God. It was a pleasure to know her. May you cherish all of the precious memories you have of her, and go forward to build a new relationship with her in spirit, with those memories as the foundation. Deep peace to all, Rev Teresa Jones
I was minister at Latchford in the 80's and enjoyed her smile and laughter. Over the years, we were on many committees together. She also had a love for Camp Lorrain and really everything else that she was involved in. My wife and I send our prayers to the family and her friends. Rev. Bill Jones
