Condolences
Hello Sharon - our heartfelt condolences on Dale's passing. My father (Kevin) and the gang at Camp Bedekt got to know Dale over the years from 1970 and on and that is when I first met him. We have taken over the camp now and always looked forward to him walking out to the launch and having a chat! We have your names on our camp log and will miss the security of knowing he was watching over everything...I guess he still is, just from a different place. All the best...Mark Mechefske and Paul Lamothe
Sharon, we were saddened to learn of Dale’s passing. He was such a good man. We will miss him dearly on our summer vacations at the Big Pine Lodge, which also lost the big pine recently. Loved talking to Dale about the history of the area as well as current events. We are so sorry for your loss. Sue Eberhart Smith, Ron Smith, and the Eberhart family and friends.
Sharon, sorry to hear of Dales passing. I always looked forward to the boat ride across Four Bass from Arkoca to visit you and Dale at your camp. Those are good memories. Rest in Peace Dale.
We are very sorry to hear about Dale. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Sharon.
Sharon: My thoughts and prayers will be with you and just feel so grateful I had a wonderful cousin named
Dale in my life. I will miss him and thought of him and Uncle Joe when reading:
The woods are lovely, dark and deep
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
Love
June

Deepest condolences Sharon for you at this sad time. We were shocked to hear the news of Dale's passing. Our family has so many nice memories of Dale that date back to his youth, growing up at the Matabitchuan. Dale was truly a gentle soul who made everyone feel welcome and comfortable in his presence. We always looked forward to our visits with him every summer when we were up at our camp on Four Bass Lake. He was always a treasure trove of information about what was going on at 'The Mat' and his watchful eye on the lake was always appreciated by our family. No matter what was going on, he always had time to stop for a chat and was always genuinely interested in what was happening with you and the family. Dale will be greatly missed by all of us.
Four Bass Lake will not be the same with Dale's presence...

Sharon, so sorry to hear of Dale's passing. We were so fortunate to spend time with both of you 2 summers ago at the camp and you also opened your home to Attila and his dad. Peter still talks fondly of your kindness. Mom sends her condolences and was telling us of how when Dale and her were kids they would skip stones on the lake. Take care of yourself. Sending hugs your way.

Dear Sharon, we were so shocked and saddened to read this. Dale was always so kind and friendly to me when mom lived there and when the guys were cleaning snow. I was just speaking to him last week at the grocery store and we wished each other a Merry Christmas. Sending you our deepest condolences. Hugs from Darren & Carol Hearn
Our hearts became heavy with sadness when we learned of Dales passing. Our family grieves along with you Sharon. Reg and I are left with a wonderful memory of our visits to the camp. Dale always greeted us with pleasant talk and a keen ear. Our latest visit with you and Dale occurred this past July at our home in KL. We gathered along with June and Cindy. A wonderful visit spent laughing and reminiscing about happy moments in years gone by. Dale may have ended his journey here, but life has just begun for him in the next.
God bless
Sharon and Reg Fournier
