Condolences
To Maureen and all of Jim's family... we were most saddened to receive your note informing us of Jim's passing... I have very fond memories of working with Jim dating back to 1967, several years at NTL, as well as in Ottawa in the early 1970s... my friendship with Jim was timeless... we could simply pick-up the conversation where we last left it off. I miss him, Maureen... please accept our profound condolences... Greg Edwards/Pam Needham

Mrs. Goddard, Sean, Brent, Shannon and Kathryn,
I was very saddened by the news of Mr. Goddard's passing. I have many fond memories from my childhood and youth of the kindness that your family always showed to me and my family. Mr. Goddard, sitting in his chair making a teasing remark, features prominently in my mind. He may have made fun of me (a lot), but that made your home all the more welcoming and made me feel like one of the family.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all in what I know will be a very difficult time. May your wonderful memories bring you some peace and keep him close.
Tara Jane
Maureen & family:

My heart breaks for all of you in this difficult time. Jim was certainly one of the good ones taken far too soon. He will be missed in body but never in soul and spirit. I know that John will be waiting for Jim and together they will enjoy a different life and will watch over all of you in the days to come.
An excerpt from Scribbles & Crumbs, reads and describes the journey.
"As far as I can see, grief will never truly end. It may become softer over time, more gentle, and some days will feel sharp. But grief will last as long as love does - forever. It is simply the way the absence of your loved one manifests in your heart. A deep longing, accompanied by the deepest love. Some days, the heavy fog may return, and the next day, it may recede, once again. It is all an ebb and flow, a constant dance of sorrow and joy, pain and sweet love". Embrace the journey.
Love and prayers
Heather Goddard
