Obituary of Walter Pannell

In loving memory of Mr. Walter Pannell who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the age of 83 years.

Survived by his wife of 63 years, Marion (nee McAllister); his children Rick (Nicole), Patricia Bambrick (Patrick) and Karen Walsh (Doug); his daughter in law Rosemary Pannell;  8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Also survived by his siblings Roy, Polly, Diane and Lola.

Predeceased by his parents  Harry and Lila Pannell, his son David; brothers Jack, Jim, Russell, Dennis and his sister Alice.

Walter was one of the original N.L. Cubs playing in 1953-54.  Most of his working life was spent at the Wabi Iron and Steel where he worked fro 35 years retiring in 1999 where he never missed a shift or been late.

The family of the late Mr. Walter Pannell will receive friends at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 7 until 9 p.m.

A memorial service will be celebrated at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 11 a.m. Pastor Bob McCarty officiating.
